  • All timepieces at watchesmall are 100% original, designed in Hong Kong and comes with Japanese quartz having 1 year warranty. and our order fulfil Fulfillment house is in Karachi. We are the authorized dealer there is no middle man.

WHERE IS YOUR OUTLET?

  • Unfortunately, we do not have any outlet. But we provide our services online and deliver all over Pakistan with free delivery. 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF ORDERING?

    • Just click on the picture of watch you want from our website buy now will appear click on it a form will appear fill in the requested details and complete the order.

      you can call our helpline or contact us on any of our platform such as whatsapp, fb messenger, instagram and email. we will guide you through the process or place your order for you.

    WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY?

      • We have a 7 days exchange and refund policy but the product's packaging must not be removed nor should the article be used by the customer. 

      WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF SUBMITTING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST?

        • First you have to launch your exchange or return request on watchesoo@gmail.com 

          And you will be responded within 24 hours via e-mail.

          You will have to bear the delivery charges in case you didn’t like the design or else, furthermore in case of any fault from our end we will refund your delivery charges.

        • Defaulted timepiece received
        • Timepiece stops working
        HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY?
          • You have to send your watch with warranty card through any courier service we will get it repaired and we'll deliver it back to you
          ARE YOUR WATCHES WATER PROOF OR WATER RESISTANCE?
          • All our articles are water resistance.
          CAN WE PAY ONLINE?

          • You can pay online through our bank account
